The
BA765
range are
computer
based,
4-wire,
Hipot, cable harness and
wiring
loom
connection
testers,
which
have
been
designed
with
accuracy,
ease
of
use,
speed
and
quality
in
mind.
The
modular
design
of this cable harness connection test system provides
flexibility
so
that
it
will
meet
both
your
present
requirements
and
it can expand
for
your
future
needs.
The
Windows*
software
is
user
friendly,
using
the
standard
interface
that
you
are
familiar
with.
The
cable harnesses and connection test
results
are
displayed
clearly
on
the
screen,
the table
shows
resistance
values (Inductance & Capacitance value if this option is fitted), Pass or Fail results for shorts and continuity (Hipot DC / AC if option is fitted).
This
allows
quick
rework
and
feedback
to
production
of
the
nature
and
position
of
the
faults.
All
the results
are
stored
in
a
standard
database
format
allowing
production
and
quality
control
to
record
test
results
and
to
analyse
them
for
AQL.
The
options
for
this
system
include
DC,
AC,
Capacitance,
Inductance
and
Resistance
measurements.
You
have
full
control
of
ramp
and
dwell
time
for
Insulation
testing.

cable
and
wiring harness
tester
is
a
compact
version
of
its
big
brother,
designed
for
when
you
require
the
test
ability
and
specification
of
the
BA765
but
you
do
not
require
the
full
expandability
of
the
larger
system.
This
system
operates
exactly
the
same
as
the
BA765
and
is
expandable
up
to
160
test
points.

file,
unzip
this
to
a
temp
folder
i.e.
BA765
Presentation.
To
run
the
presentation;
1.
In
the
folder,
BA765
Presentation,
Double
click
on
Ppview32
2.
The
Microsoft
PowerPoint
Viewer
window
will
open,
in
the
large
area
there
is
a
file
named
ba765,
click
on
this
then
select
the
Show
button.
3.
The
application
will
now
run.
4.
In
the
bottom
left
corner
of
the
presentation
there
is
a
control
panel,
right
click
to
access
this.
5.
Use
either
of
the
arrows
on
screen
or
on
your
keyboard
to
navigate
the
pages.
6.
To
Exit
the
program
use
the
control
panel.
